What exactly does START include?
A one-page landing (typically 5–7 sections), basic SEO/analytics, speed quick-wins and 2 rounds of edits. Extensions — as needed.
How long does it take?
START usually takes 7–10 days after wireframe and materials are approved.
What exactly is in CARE?
Updates, backups, 24/7 monitoring, hardening, 1h changes/mo, KPI report, 24h SLA.
Do you build multilingual sites?
Yes — PL/EN/DE/NL/BE/FR/ES with correct hreflang and local phrasing.
How about GDPR & cookies?
Cookie banner + Consent Mode v2 in GA4, simple privacy policy, data minimisation.
Invoices & payments (EU/VAT)?
VAT invoices, bank transfer (PL/EU), possible tranches: 50% deposit / 50% before publish. Subscriptions — paid monthly in advance.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with a one-month notice before the next billing.
Do you guarantee “green” Core Web Vitals?
We guarantee a significant improvement and a before/after report. Full green also depends on hosting and materials.
Do you implement booking/shop/CRM?
Yes: bookings from €190, mini-shop (up to 20 products) from €990, CRM/newsletter integration from €190.
Do you work on existing sites or only “from scratch”?
Both. A UX/SEO/speed lift or a full redesign with content migration and preserved URLs (301) to keep visibility.
Who prepares copy and photos?
Usually we do it together (we can also write for you). Photos: yours or licensed stock. We take care of meta tags, headings and alt text.
Do you handle domain, hosting and email?
Yes. Domains, SSL, DNS and mail (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). We can also migrate from another provider.
Any extra costs (premium plugins, integrations)?
We aim for “zero premium” at start. If paid add-ons are needed (e.g. PRO bookings), we inform you first about costs/licenses.
How many edit rounds are included?
In START: 2 rounds after wireframe/implementation. Bigger changes or new sections — quoted upfront.
Do you provide training?
Yes — short editor training + mini-manual (PDF/Video). After launch you can add content yourself.
How do you measure performance after launch?
We set up GA4/GTM + Consent Mode. We agree on 2–3 KPIs (e.g. forms, calls, LCP/INP) and report monthly in CARE/GROWTH.
WCAG/GDPR — what’s “standard”?
Focus/contrast, form labels, alt text, basic accessibility + cookie banner and privacy policy. Optional WCAG audit.
Backups, security and incidents — how?
Automatic backups (files + DB), updates and 24/7 monitoring. If anything happens — quick rollback and root-cause analysis.
What’s the SLA and response time?
CARE: response within 24h on working days. GROWTH: priority and shorter times. Custom SLA possible.
What if I want to leave or switch vendors?
No lock-in. After payment you own all files and content. We’ll help export/migrate if needed.
How does the “express / ASAP” mode work?
We have an express mode (shorter timeline). There’s a surcharge and a narrowed scope — we always confirm a realistic date before starting.
